One of our favorite features in our car is our AC. Our best friend in the summer needs to be taken care of too. It is important to look for air conditioning issues hidden behind your dashboard to avoid being stuck in that tough and irritating summer heat. Not cooling:

As much as we need that cool air when we hit the AC button, we usually do get aware of the auto air conditioning time and when it’ll start emitting that cool air. Due to leaks, there could be an inadequate amount of refrigerant in your car’s air conditioning system. If the issue is not promptly solved, your car A/C system could put a lot of pressure on it.
Unexpected weather variations:
If the air was set to a cold temperature and operated sufficiently, but turned warm unexpectedly, it may have happened due to a failed Expansion valve, evaporator Clogged or even low coolant that causes a lack of pressure.
Water stains:
You can see water drain out from the bottom of your car after operating your car’s air conditioning for a while. It’s totally natural and a positive sign. On the other hand, if you see water stains inside your car, though, then you may have an issue.Sometimes, the car’s drain on the bottom gets broken or clogged, causing the water to back up. It will then flow into the car itself, usually pooling under the dash and close to the mats on the front side.
Bad smell:
It shouldn’t be an unpleasant experience to turn on your AC, but occasionally foul smells can begin to come out of your vents. This could be a major warning sign that inside the air conditioning unit itself, there is mould development. A bad smell must be taken care of immediately as mould will lead you and your passengers to respiratory problems and other health issues.
