Roman Catholics, Seventh-day Adventists and ADRA Organize Sustainability Camps

The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Germany has partnered with ADRA and Catholic Fund (Katholischen Fonds), a Roman Catholic charity established by the Roman Catholic Bishop’s Conference in Germany. Adventists and Catholics have joined forces in Germany to create “sustainability camps” to “motivate” Seventh-day Adventist youth and families about becoming interested in ecology, sustainability and environmentalism.

The “sustainability camps” will be held from July 9 to 11, 2024 and will consist of camping “in the middle of the forest” where “environmental education” classes and workshops will be held. These sustainability camps are paid for by Rome. They are providing the funds for our Seventh-day Adventist youth to make a pilgrimage into the forest and educate themselves on the Vatican’s climate agenda.
