8. Minifigures introduced into space!
A pair of rather unique Minifigures was launched into space aboard the 2011 NASA Juno mission to Jupiter, putting the record for the furthest distance travelled with a LEGO Minifigure. The pogo minifigures were modelled after the Roman god Jupiter, his wife Juno, and Galileo Galilei. Unfortunately we will not be seeing these men back on Earth anytime soon, but what will the aliens believe if they visit them?
