Scope of work & Supply:
- Based on quotation ref: 1136-Q-Az-XI-2019 Rev-10, Mar 18,2020
- Based on Work Plan and Terms (RKS) No. 3036/RKS/ /2018
- Based on contract & Consortium 7000006091.PJ/ /2019
- Based on MOM: and
- Material supply will be based material list, specification, and brand will be approved by PLN.
- New build conveyor system from jetty to stockyard (new redundant conveyor system)
- Apply appropriate new build conveyor and supply all the parts of material
- Dismantle 100% materials of existing conveyor system
- Refurbished and / or mantling / dismantling replace with new conveyor unit based on assessment data
- Include conveyor’s structure from above of civil concrete “pedestal” mild steel, mechanical part, electrical part & instrument part (include civil work)
- Heavy duty and electrical source connection during installation
- Provide 1 special team for this intended work during the work carried out
- Engineering division for check & discussion with related division too
- Based on approval drawing and approval engineering document
