Spenser Confidential landed on Netflix in 2024 and has garnered heavy accolades from the avid viewers. The flick brings forth the old age concept of wrongdoers getting punished by the right doers. However, the action drama has added many flavors of comedy.
Detective Spenser learns about the crawling crime and stealing the solace of the city. He is trying to eradicate the same by channeling his energy towards positivity. He binds himself around the duties that the badge has imposed on him. While rigorously following the duties, he learns a dark fact that his friends are stabbing him. He is a believer in justice and righteousness. He decides to remove the charges levied on Terrence, a deceased friend, and a cop.
The movie had many exciting action scenes and ended on a cliffhanger. He sees a news report where he spots the Boston fire chief. He gets a very strong feeling that he has some ties with the case he was about to pick. The same pointed towards that the sequel is on the way. The loose end would bring another spectacular action movie.

The action-comedy movie created by Peter Berg. He was inspired by a book written by Ace Atkins. The same was published in 2013. It took seven years for the director to finally release the movie. The flick is among the top ten list of Netflix’s 2024 list of top action-comedy movies. It is speculated that the next part of the movie would be inspired by Atkins’s other book, Slow Burn. The anticipations are high the same would be released in 2024.
