BIOGRAPHY

Shahrez Hayder was born on May 25, 1999, in Lahore, Pakistan. His family moved to Canada when he was still a year old. His family struggled to adjust to living in a place far away from their home. They would live in basements and rented different places. His father started off working multiple odd jobs and driving a taxi at night. Come daytime Hayder’s father, Ibrahim, would go to Adult Day School. He would work for free through a co-op program at the bank to ultimately land a decent job, and eventually, through hard work, he was able to make a stable career out of himself.

Hayder has stated on several occasions that he is inspired by his father, saying “My dad is the true definition of the Canadian Dream, to come to Canada with less than $200 in his pocket, and then become a successful businessman, and the Vice-President of the largest political party is something only few can dream of, yet alone achieve”.

Hayder added, “My dad has taught me that it doesn’t matter where you come from; you must stand up for what you believe in and make a change in society. This definitely inspired me to stand up for my own beliefs.”

Growing up, Hayder never enjoyed institutional education. After just four days of attending classes in college, he dropped out. After dropping out, he didn’t want to face his father and mother, who thought that he was at school studying, so he decided not to tell his family about dropping out. Hayder then reached the lowest point of his life, where he was homeless. He slept on the streets and went to a homeless shelter to get a good meal to get him through the day.

Shahrez Hayder realized that he must get his life together. With his last $30, He bought himself a bike. Hayder would do deliveries for restaurants on his bicycle to make money.  In just two years, Hayder was able to turn his life around and became a millionaire at the young age of 21, and he has a successful career with his thriving company.

Many say that he could have made the NBA if it were not for his career-ending hip injury.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE

In 2019, Hayder officially founded his new company, OptemaGOLD Marketing. Initially, the company started to render digital marketing services to small businesses. Hayder is the President of Hayder Enterprises, a company known to build businesses with elite business marketing and branding systems to fuel revenue growth. OptemaGOLD Marketing and Authority Sharks (Hayder’s marketing and publishing companies) now operate inside his enterprises; they are departments that work for Hayder’s other businesses and joint ventures.

Shahrez Hayder uses his impressive skill to help businesses build systems and processes that they can use to help their companies to scale into 7 or 8 figures. He says that some companies can scale rapidly because they understand a basic fundamental that many people are unwilling to understand: The king is the weakest piece.

Hayder explains, “Business is a game of chess, and you have to put the right pieces in place, you have the pawns, the bishops, the knights, the queen, the rooks, then there’s the king. Have you realized that the king is the weakest on the chessboard yet the most powerful? The king can only move one step at a time while the others have different and more versatile abilities. It’s the same in business. If the business owner thinks they can be the queen, bishop, knight, rook, and pawn while also trying to be the king. They’re destined for failure.”

This quote has made many dub Hayder as the true “King of Systems.”

Hayder adds, “The truth of the matter is that businesses that can scale their bandwidth understand this concept and simply put the right pieces in place. They understand that they are weak unless they have the right team, systems, and processes to win. You don’t see Jeff Bezos delivering his packages, right?”

Hayder has three quick pieces of advice for those who are looking to scale their business fast:

  • A Client/Customer Acquisition System is crucial: Think of it like your pond on the front line. Without it, you don’t have a business.
  • Bandwidth management is the hardest part of scaling a business; once you master it, you will never worry about money again.
  • Know your opportunity costs: the best way to learn and implement something is to learn from an expert with a proven track record. Figuring out on your own is a lot of money left on the table, let alone internal frustration.

3 QUOTES ABOUT BUSINESS FROM SHAHREZ HAYDER

1. “This might bother a lot of business owners, but your business is only as good as its systems. Systems create bandwidth and if you don’t have the right systems, you don’t have enough bandwidth. Bandwidth is incredibly important. It’s the factor that dictates how many employees you can have, how many sales reps you can have, how many clients you can handle if you’re able to do any social media marketing or not. If you don’t have systems, you don’t have the bandwidth. Your business is only as good as your systems.”

2. “The difference between those who make a lot of money and those who don’t is simply the money mindset. The money mindset is exactly what it sounds like; having a mindset around money.

Now, I want you to think of a Lion as an example. A Lion has a hunter or a carnivorous mindset. They wake up with the intention to hunt, it’s their nature, that is why Lions are one of the best hunters and the kings of the jungle. A money mindset is just like the hunter mindset.

You must wake up with the intention of making money, you must be thinking of opportunities to make money. Money is simply an exchange of value. If you have something of value, you can make money. This could be a product or a service. Got a shovel? Go to an elderly person’s house and shovel their driveway. There. Money. Know how to run Facebook ads? Cool, find a local business that is trying to build a social presence and acquire new customers, run ads for them. There. Money. Know how to persuade and influence people? Find a business with a high ticket offer and sell something for them, earn a commission, there. Money.

If you have a money mindset, money is not hard to make. You just have to train your mind to look for opportunities of value exchange”

3. “Amazon, Google, Samsung, Facebook, Apple. What do all of these companies have in common, besides the fact that they make a lot of money? Culture. If you read about the culture at these companies, you’ll know why people love working for them.

Great culture is the most important system, without it, your company sucks. Culture will bring the best out of your employees, your executives, and even yourself. I will only acquire a company if its culture is exceptional. You can always fix revenue and systems… but culture must be there from beginning to end.”
