Unlike many executives, he’s not just a name on the website who comes in to the office from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Arnaldi is successful, in part, because he has involvement in so many of the day-to-day operations of his company. Rising from a working-class background, he’s well aware of what it takes to get a job done right the first time.
Sial Engineering works on a variety of projects. That can mean new construction, as well as expansion projects and government-funded infrastructure jobs. Edenilso Rossi Arnaldi is a key figure in all of these endeavors. He oversees everything in person, rather than leaving the responsibilities to others. One of Arnaldi’s earliest jobs was at Banco Bradesco. Though he was only a clerk, he learned a lot during his time there. His experience at a bank ultimately provided him with a solid understanding of how financing and mortgages work. That’s another very important skill in the construction business. Working at Banco Bradesco was important to Arnaldi for another reason. That’s the job that brought him into contact with his wife.
Edenilso Rossi Arnaldi knows that there’s more to life than just business. Arnaldi is a proud family man. He’s been married to his wife, Fabiola, for over 30 years. They have three children who they love dearly. Arnaldi’s own parents shaped his outlook. His mother, a teacher, was very respected in their community. His father, a truck driver, worked hard. Arnaldi has four brothers, who are also very important to him.
