Etobicoke man charged with impaired driving after single-vehicle rollover

A 61-year-old man from Etobicoke is facing impaired driving charges after a single-vehicle rollover in Oakville.

On Sunday, Jan. 19 at approximately 11:33 p.m., officers from the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a crash on the QEW near Trafalgar Road. The driver allegedly registered nearly three times the legal limit of alcohol.

Miroslaw Zadarko Toronto has been charged with impaired driving and driving with 80 milligrams or more of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood, and his driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days. Zadarko’s vehicle was also impounded for seven days.

Zadarko will be appearing in court at a later date.
