Step 1. Know Your WHY.
The only advice I give to everyone who wants to achieve great success in life is knowing your WHY.
Why do you want to be successful?
Your WHY Should be big enough if you want to be successful.
Your WHY will only create that hunger for success.
See, Everyone wants to have a great life, everyone wants to live there dreams, but not everyone wants to do what it takes to be successful.
For me, my WHY was always to escape ordinary life and give a good lifestyle to my family.
Step 2. Do not listen to people’s advice around you.
We all have people that tell us what we can’t do Where we can’t go, And who we can’t be.
But my question to you is this, “If you are trying to be what other people wants you to be
Then who will be you?”
It’s time to stop conforming to other people Expectation and start Performing to your own expectations
It’s time to believe in yourself
If you believe in yourself then everyone in the world will believe in you.
It’s time to figure out where you want to be in life

Step 3. Change Your Friend Circle
People get intimidated mostly by their friend circle. The environment creates you. So, if you want to shine in your field, surround yourself with like-minded people.
Get friends and coworkers that inspire you in your journey. Most importantly you need to be motivated to do your work and people play a great part in that.
Moreover, I think you also need to work with good clients. They should be good in terms of communications and also give you challenges and scopes of learning along the way.
Step 4. Read Books and Start Learning New Skills
Well, learning is important when it comes to executing your skill. You can’t just expect to succeed when you have not invested and discovered your best potential.
There are thousands of videos, articles, courses of whatever that you want to learn online. You just have to keep learning, acquiring new skills and also learn to choose a good source of information because that can be quite hard.
Read more books because books just don’t give insight in the real world but it also awakens you and gives insight in yourself. It gives direction.
Learning should be a non-stop process because by learning we find a motive and desire in the work. It puts value to do whatever you do.
Step 5. Focus on creating value, don’t chase money
Money is important. But you have to understand it is a by product. The real product is transformation of yourself. You can make money doing shortcuts and poor quality work for a short term.
But if you want a long-term meaningful life with cash flow you need to focus on the work. The simplest thing you can do is to tell yourself you will do better than the last time whenever you do something.
Value your work because you will be paid for your qualities and devotion. The end result is the only thing that matters. So make the process meaningful and the result will be meaningful itself.
