- Voltage multiplier is a kind of electric circuit which is used to convert AC electrical power from a lower voltage to a higher DC voltage by using the network of capacitors and diodes
- Voltage multiplier is mainly a rectifier circuit that produces an output which is an integer times the AC peak input. It uses the principle of charging capacitors in parallel, from AC input and adding voltages across them in series to obtain DC voltages higher than the source voltage.
